Physical therapy is Direct Access in the state of NJ. You could see a PT of your choice without the need for a presciption. These services will be covered by your insurance company as per your plan's contract.

• We communicate the findings of your evaluation with your primary healthcare provider within 30 days of your initial evaluation.
• During the evaluation or course of your treatment, if the problem appears to be non-mechanical or does not respond to treatment, you will be referred to the appropriate healthcare provider.
