Gauri has been practicing in Outpatient Physical Therapy settings- both private and hospital based, since she graduated in 2004, with a Master's Degree, from Texas Woman's University, Houston. Her specialty areas are orthopedic and sports injuries, vestibular rehab, and women's health. She has attained several certifications in these areas and continues her learning process to enhance her clinical skills. This unique combination of specialties enables her to work with patients comprehensively in restoring function to their full potential. She founded Synergex Physical Therapy in 2015, with the sole purpose of providing individualized and optimal physical rehabilitation to people in her local and neighboring communities. She loves working with patients at all stages of life and physical capabilities and is adept at individualizing their care. Her treatments are always based on her professional experience as well as current research. She isconsiders the social, behavioral and emotional aspects of her patient's condition in order to establish a holistic plan of care. A thorough history, physical exam, functional movement testing, and assessing outcomes are the corner stones of her treatment planning.

Aarti resides with her husband and son in South Brunswick. Her background is in Pharmaceutical Management. Aarti manages the day to day operations at Synergex PT including patient intake, scheduling and billing.She loves interacting with patients and is very patient and clear with explaining their insurance eligibility and benefits. She is excellent at handling the billing proceses. Aarti has been with Synergex PT from it's very conception and is a very critical part of our team.

“ I have been going to physical therapy for years but after finding Gauri I would not go anywhere else! Why? Because she is the best! Synergex is not a run of the mill physical therapy facility. You don’t get exercises to do and then left to fend for yourself not knowing if you are even doing your exercises correctly. Gauri treats you on a personal level and your treatment is according to your ability.. She takes her work to heart and cares about all of her patients equally. I have had days when I came for treatment and something totally different is bothering me and she treats that first and then we move on to my regular PT session.
